Samuel Wesson, a native of Los Angeles, distinguished himself early on as a consummate athlete, earning all-conference honors in both basketball and baseball. Following in his family’s footsteps, he initially embarked on a career in television post-production during his early twenties. However, driven by a fervent passion for real estate, Samuel soon diverged from the predetermined path to forge his own trajectory in real estate investment.

As he navigated through the realms of real estate, Samuel ascended to the role of CEO of a flourishing short-term rental enterprise, later broadening his expertise as a residential Realtor. Presently, with nearly half a decade dedicated to the Net Lease domain, his comprehensive experience encompasses spearheading transactions exceeding $110 million. Samuel’s portfolio is a testament to his versatility and adeptness in catering to a diverse clientele, ranging from novices in commercial investment to sophisticated entities such as family offices, private equity funds, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
