Kristina Duhani

Born and raised in the Metro Detroit area, I’ve been immersed in the business industry since day one. As a first-generation American, I carry with me the values of hard work, determination, and the drive to succeed.

Currently completing my MBA in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and computer technology, I am passionate about leveraging my education to empower the next generation.

Recently obtaining my real estate license, I’ve discovered a true passion for the industry. I thrive on building relationships and connecting with others. Specializing in commercial net leases, I find joy in navigating the complexities of the market and helping clients achieve their goals.

Outside of work and studies, family holds a special place in my heart. With a large family, I cherish every moment spent with them.

My journey in the business world began early on. As my family owned multiple restaurants, I’ve felt a deep responsibility to excel in this career path. Business isn’t just a profession for me; it’s a way of life. I’ve embraced the challenge of learning every aspect of the industry because to me, knowledge is power, and success is non-negotiable.
