Drew Hartner

Drew Hartner began his investment real estate career after graduating from the University of Michigan, working in the Detroit office of Marcus & Milli chap directly under the top-performing agent in the Midwest. There, he learned the value of consistently under-promising and over-delivering, working diligently and creatively to achieve his client’s goals, and whenever possible seeking to create win/win scenarios for all parties involved in the transaction.

Today, Drew approaches every deal with the same positive attitude and has built an impressive group of loyal clients who appreciate his dedication and broad market insight. Drew specializes in single-tenant retail, industrial, grocery, and healthcare properties Nationwide, representing both buyers and sellers.  His clients include private investors, small family offices, developers, and some of the largest REITs in the Country.

In the summer, Drew enjoys spending time at his family cottage in Bay View, Michigan. His hobbies include golf, Jason Statham movies, and tirelessly renovating his Craftsman home.
