The resurgence of interest in the development of downtown Detroit has launched the revival to extend to the residential sector, mainly in and around the CBD of Detroit to include the Brush Park Condo’s, North Corktown Condo’s, Residences at the Albert Kahn and the Hudson’s site. Several new projects are in the works to rehabilitate many of the historic buildings in Detroit into State-of-the-Art multi-use developments to combine residential, retail, and office to sustain the integrity of the urban culture of Detroit.
